At Soft Ice Cream Investment we care about our customers. Our service starts as soon as we deliver your soft ice cream machine. The mechanic who installs the machine is an experienced instructor who will take the time to help you get started. If you have any questions about our machine you can always speak to one of our staff or your service partner. In the unlikely event of a problem with your soft ice cream machine our staff and your local service partner will do everything they can to get it up and running again as quickly as possible, either directly at your location or by bringing a machine to our workshop.

WINTER STORAGE of the soft ice cream machine
Although selling soft ice cream in winter can also be successful, many entrepreneurs focus on selling other products during the cold months. We also offer support in this case. Do you need extra space in winter and will the soft ice cream machine be switched off for a while? Then use our winter storage.
We will be happy to arrange storage of your soft ice cream machine during the winter period. We will provide a frost-free, tidy room. In the meantime, you can use the freed up space in your shop for other purposes. If you wish, we will carry out maintenance on the ice cream machine immediately. After the desired period has elapsed, we will deliver the machine back and it will be in perfect condition again. Ready for another successful season!

At the end of the season we also offer a service package where we come to you to check your soft ice cream machine and change the hoses, seals and other things for you. If you do not want it and your staff is not trained to do it, we will take care of cleaning your machine. The soft ice cream machine is thoroughly and professionally cleaned every 6 weeks. This means that the cleaning is carried out according to the HACCP standard and then reassembled and lubricated to ensure the best possible performance and service life.
Of course, you can specify when you want the cleaning to be scheduled and we will visit you at a suitable time that causes you as little inconvenience as possible.
